Return AND Exchange Policy

1. Return Conditions

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Customized/personalized items and final sale/clearance items are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return

We will respond promptly with the return address and detailed instructions.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5–7 business days), we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to a product quality issue (e.g., defect, wrong item sent), the return shipping cost will be covered by us (please pay upfront and we will reimburse you upon presentation of a valid receipt).

If the return is due to non-quality reasons (e.g., personal preference, size/fit issues, color dissatisfaction), the return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. Please note that the original shipping fee paid for the order is also non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
Due to rapidly changing inventory, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
